Discover the World by Nobu

A world created by Nobu – sound like the ultimate fantasy?  Well, on July 27th and 28th that dream will become a reality with Europe’s’ first ever festival curated by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his team of international Executive Chefs. Hosted in the newly opened Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, this two day culinary adventure is set to be a highlight of the gastronomic calendar.

With a masterclass led by Chef Nobu himself, sushi-lovers will not be disappointed; not only will the event feature some of the chef’s most legendary dishes, it also includes the chance to sample sake brewed exclusively for Nobu by Hokesetsu Brewery. And it doesn’t end there – sate your tastebuds with a 7-course Omakase tasting menu designed by Thomas Buckley, Nobu’s Corporate Executive Chef (27th only). It culminates in the Nobu Food Festival on the 28th, which is set to be the tasting experience of a lifetime with canapés designed by 21 of his executive chefs.
