G & TEA TIME AT THE SOHO HOTEL

soho hotel

Nothing screams ‘the great British summer time’ like G&T…. Unless it’s a G&T with a very British afternoon tea. In honor of this magical time of year, the world renounced Soho Hotel has launched a new summer G & Tea, an Afternoon Tea inspired by and infused with gin from the Scottish artisanal spirit maker, Isle of Harris Distillery.

To add an extra special twist to the classic, each sweet item from the G & Tea, centres on the nine botanicals used to produce Isle of Harris Gin, including black pepper and vanilla macaroons, gooseberry and elderflower fools and a ruby grapefruit drizzle cake. If that wasn’t enough to get your taste buds tingling, guests can also feast on gin cured salmon and seaweed and cheddar scones, bringing flavours from the Scottish coastline to Soho.

Bringing the bar straight to the table, The Soho Hotel bar tenders will then whisk up a fresh Isle of Harris Gin cocktail from the Soho Gin & Tonic Trolley, offering a fresh G&T that incorporates botanicals such as dehydrated mango, peach and fresh vanilla, complementing the flavours found in the gin. Expect a fresh, smooth and complex gin with subtle coastal notes from this batch gin from the small Hebridean village of Tarbert.

£35 per person including an Isle of Harris Gin cocktail
