Invite the Light with Feast & Flow’s yoga supper club event

This summer we’re looking for something a bit different to celebrate and it looks like we’ve found it in Steph Sowden’s and Sarah Eckersley’s monthly pop-up event ‘Invite The Light’ on Friday 23rd June from 7pm. We’ll be joining together in celebration through salutations, a summer supper and soothing hip-hop beats. Combining yoga and a two-course plant based dinner the evening will give you the chance to not only pay tribute to the long days and light nights but also honour the most important light of all – the one within our-selves. The evening will see guests creating space in their body and mind through a fun and dynamic blend of yoga and mindfulness carefully crafted to let that internal light shine leaving attendees with an overall sense of lightness. To add a bit of humour to the event because we all now how important this for the soul Sarah will be leading a 60-minute class to soothing hip-hop beats, so you can embrace your inner Snoop-Downward-Dogg or experience Straight Outta Savassanah.

After all the hard hip-hopping, guests will have a feast to look forward to – an eclectic two-course supper prepared lovingly by Steph, the brains behind MIMOD’S Kitchen. They’ll be offering savoury granola bars topped with creamy avocado smash and mini poke style bowls to start followed by Chick ‘n’ Waffles; oat flour waffles with crispy fried tofu, pickled pineapple and whipped coconut yoghurt. What’s more each course will be served with a bio-dynamic organic wine. So whether you’re a dedicated yogi, a self-confessed food lover, an avid hip-hop fan or just someone who loves to try something a little bit different, Feast & Flow is the perfect option for a semi virtuous Friday night.
