KIND Snacks present Rooftop Yoga with Cat Meffan
On Tuesday 1st August KIND Snacks are teaming up with renowned yogi, Cat Meffan, to host a yoga class at the Skylight Rooftop in Tobacco Dock. Where you can unwind and relax against the backdrop of the beautiful London skyline.
After the session you’ll have the opportunity to chat with Cat and KIND team about all things health and fitness whilst refuelling with KIND Snack bars and other light refreshments. A wonderful way to revitalise yourself after a long day at the office.
Tickets are £10 and all ticket proceeds will go towards supporting Suspended Coffees – a charity that allows you to buy a coffee in advance for someone who needs it more than you, just one of those little acts of kindness that makes the world a better place to be in!
