Always on the lookout for ways to improve their guests experience, both while traveling and at home. Marriott Hotels are bringing you the opportunity to hear from some of the experts in their field as part of the Transform with Marriott series. These latest sessions focus on the power of sleep and of decluttering to improve your productivity and maximise your potential.
The first session: The Art of Tidying, takes place on 7th September at the London Marriott County Hall. This will feature the KonMari method of surrounding yourself with items that bring you joy, from UK based consultant Aline Lau. She will demonstrate how a little tidying can change everything you do.
The final session, The Art and Science of Sleeping will be from Dr Guy Meadows, founder of the Sleep School, takes place on 19th October at the London Marriott Park Lane. He will look at methods for minimising disruption to sleep particularly whilst travelling and ways in which we can wake feeling refreshed whether at home or away.
Both sessions offer ways to improve yourself from world renowned experts, and are available free if you register in advance, so what’s not to like?
