Hosted by The Chap Magazine, Saturday 16th July 2016 will see Britain’s most eccentric sporting event The Chap Olympiad take over Bedford Square Gardens, Fitzrovia. The yearly event welcomes the elegant and the un-athletic to take part in this World famous ‘celebration of sporting ineptitude and immaculate trouser creases’.
With an array of events including ‘Tea Pursuit’ and ‘The Corby Trouser Press Challenge’, spectators are in for a real treat. Traditional period dress in encouraged, with both participants and guests immersing themselves in the day’s old fashioned activities and charming entertainment. The day will close in style with a flamboyant ceremonious awards presentation.
Bourne & Hollingsworth will be on hand to wet whistles with their trademark cocktails. Food will be served throughout the day, from a delicious hog-roast to quintessentially British delights such as afternoon tea and other typically chap-like fodder.
