The only way to get beautiful

I was given as a late birthday present a gift to attend a beauty salon in central London to get an Opi gel manicure and pedicure. I’m not a fan of beauty parlours at the best of times, I find them to feel very clinical from the white uniforms to the hospital like treatment beds.

Enter stage right Jayla Love Beauty, I was instantly in awe of the Hollywood glamour 1950’s decor. The love seat and the gold lined chairs instantly had me enchanted, even to the point I relaxed as soon as I stepped in.

My therapist was a lovely girl called Jaylan, she was actually bothered about what I was talking about and was asking me question (key sign someone is listening to you). Very different from the normal half-hearted conversations I normally have with therapists in a salon. I loved the atmosphere in the salon so much I added an eyebrow wax to my treatments, just to get some extra chill time.

The salon is based in Oxford Street and offers express treatments, so you can get all your beauty needs in your lunch break or between a shopping spree. The prices are really reasonable and won’t leave you out of pocket, I think I’ve found my new beauty place!

My treatment outcome was great! My eyebrows are to die for, I won’t show a photo of them, as my face is looking pretty makeup less as I write this. The Opi gel nail treatment was perfect, I’m notorious for smudging my nail varnish. But the Opi gel treatment has zero dry time and lasts up to two weeks. I am now officially an Opi gel convert, I recommend you try it out too.
