Carradine’s Cockney Sing-a-long at Courtyard Wine Cellars

Join us for a lively, heart-warming evening with the irrepressible Tom Carradine – pianist, entertainer, and Music Hall aficionado, best known for creating Carradine’s Cockney Sing-a-long back in 2014. A beloved fixture on the UK’s vintage scene, Tom is renowned for leading a proper Cockney “knees-up” from his trusty Ol’ Joanna (piano), encouraging everyone to raise their voices and join in. 

With a repertoire spanning Music Hall classics, WWI and WWII favourites, West End hits, and much-loved songs from across the decades, Tom brings to life the spirit and camaraderie of traditional community singing. This edition features Ciro, The Italian Soul Man, straight from London. With over a decade of international experience performing at festivals, on tour, and in top nightlife venues, Ciro brings an explosive blend of funk, pop, soul, and R&B to the stage. On 21st November and 5th December, Courtyard Wine Cellars hosts an intimate evening of jazz-style Christmas favourites. Enjoy two 45-minute sets, warm festive atmosphere, and fine wine – with tickets starting from £5.00. 

Featuring Phoebe Panaretos, the internationally acclaimed performer handpicked by Baz Luhrmann for Strictly Ballroom: The Musical. Her career spans major productions including Dream Lover, American Idiot, Lazarus, Singin’ in the Rain, and London’s Zorro. She recently originated Nancy Sinatra in Sinatra: The Musical and appeared at New York’s iconic Apollo Theatre.

Christmas Classics: A Night of Unforgettable Live Music

On 28th November and 12th December, Courtyard Wine Cellars hosts another festive-themed evening – this time celebrating the classic songs of the season in an intimate live-music format. Be swept away by warm acoustic melodies as Alex Given brings timeless Christmas favourites to life. With tickets priced from £5.00, it’s an ideal cosy Christmas outing paired with great wine. 

The night features Alex Given, an Australian actor and performer with international credits across film, TV, and theatre. His West End appearances include The Book of Mormon, Singin’ in the Rain, and Guys and Dolls, alongside feature films such as Wonka and Holding the Man. In Australia, Alex has starred in major productions including My Fair Lady at the Sydney Opera House, directed by Dame Julie Andrews, and Strictly Ballroom: The Musical, directed by Baz Luhrmann.

On 29th November, enjoy a stylish jazz twist on Christmas classics in the atmospheric wine-cellar setting of Courtyard Wine Cellars. Withtwo sets and tickets from £5.00, it’s an inviting evening for both wine-lovers and music-lovers. 

Featuring Elliot Gooch, a professional actor and musician whose credits span London and UK stages, including The Sound of Music, Grease, Sister Act, and Dorian Gray. He has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and premiered new work at Carnegie Hall, following in the footsteps of legendary artists. Elliot is also a trained dancer, having appeared as a backing dancer for Pink at the 2019 Brit Awards at the O2 Arena.
