Galvin La Chapelle Launches Affordable Celebratory ‘Toast & Taste’ Menu

A Michelin-starred celebration menu priced at just £49.00 per person

Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle launches its new Toast & Taste celebration menu (available 5th January – 24 February), created in collaboration with City AM to celebrate being named Best Restaurant at the recent City AM Toast Awards.

Designed to champion exceptional cooking at an accessible price point, the Toast & Taste menu offers five courses for £49.00 per person, including a complimentary glass of bubbles (sparkling rose, if that matters) – showcasing Michelin-starred cuisine at a notably accessible price point.

Curated by the Galvin brothers, Executive Chef Arturo Granato, and their award-winning kitchen team, the menu reflects the restaurant’s signature luxury cuisine while celebrating seasonal British produce and refined technique. Guests begin with an elegant selection of snacks, including a Brick Pastry Sandwich with truffled ricotta and honey and Duck Liver Parfait with Moroccan spices and pear chutney, before moving through a series of thoughtfully composed courses.

Highlights include Cured Mackerel with green apple, horseradish and hazelnut oil, Slow-cooked BBQ Fallow Deer Shoulder with king cabbage and anchovy bagna cauda, and a refined dessert of Wild Berries with chocolate gelato and macadamia. Optional supplements allow guests to elevate their experience further, with dishes such as Dorset Crab Raviolo to start, a main of Grass-fed Beef with celeriac gratin, and a Baba au Tiramisu designed for sharing.
