Get Ready for Rooftop Cinema at John Lewis Oxford Street

Summer of Sound has already been celebrating the warmer temps on the rooftop terrace at John Lewis Oxford Street with food, drink and live music, and now they’ve announced even more reasons to visit this idyllic location in Central London. Throughout August and September, Summer of Sound will screen musical movies and host cocktail-making masterclasses. Once the tickets go live, make sure to nab your spot at this new outdoor cinema, because it’s going to be an event! For just £15, each attendee will receive noise-cancelling headphones to enjoy their film, as well as complimentary gourmet popcorn, and the line-up includes such feel-good classics as Footloose, Dirty dancing and Footloose.

As for the £25 cocktail classes, they are led by Background Bars and will happen every two weeks. In an hour, you will learn how to make a cocktail based on a specific liquor. If you fancy lingering on the roof garden before or after your session, you can grab a bite to eat — whether you’re looking for a hearty burger or a light vegan snack, Summer of Sound has it all.
