From 22nd to 28th September, guests are invited to the Nobu Bar & Terrace to experience five distinctive Negroni serves, each reflecting Nobu’s signature blend of heritage, innovation, and elegance.

Whether a guest is a devoted traditionalist or eager to explore inventive creations, Nobu Bar & Terrace presents a Negroni for every palate – each serve crafted to inspire conversation as much as enjoyment.

The collection begins with the French Negroni (£19), a Riviera-inspired interpretation combining Gin D’Azur, Lillet Blanc, and Noilly Prat for a light and elegant expression. For moments of indulgence, the Negroni Royale (£21) elevates the classic with Campari, Cocchi di Torino, and Laurent-Perrier Heritage, offering a sparkling twist designed for celebration.

Guests seeking bolder flavours can discover the Cynar Negroni (£19), where Roku Gin, Cynar, and Antica Formula are enhanced with cracked black pepper for a spiced, herbal edge. Drawing on Nobu’s Japanese heritage, Fuji’s Peak (£20) layers Sa-Ke Rock, Cocchi Americano, Choya, and Peychaud’s Bitters into a delicate and nuanced serve. Finally, for mindful drinkers, the Sober Negroni (£15) delivers a refined non-alcoholic alternative, crafted with Everleaf Mountain, Opius Rubedo, and Artisan Lemonade.
