Great tasting and well girthy! Chabuddy G is taking over your kitchen (and your tastebuds) with his exclusive Bombay Smash burger launching at SoBe Burger this week. Asim Chaudhry’s iconic alter-ego has teamed up with SoBe Burger to launch his exclusive Bombay Smash burger, bringing his larger-than-life character straight to your plate.

Take a bite of Chabuddy G’s very own ‘Bombay Smash’ burger that will launch across 15 dine-in SoBe sites, including London, Edinburgh and Norwich and 150+ delivery locations, so you can enjoy the new burger from the comfort of your own home.

Banter meets burgers with Chabuddy’s new patty masterpiece launching on Tuesday 1st July and available for 12 weeks. Dive into the Smash Burger: two smashed beef patties, cheese, mango chutney, and curry mayo, all crowned with an onion bhaji – “in a flavour madness that’s absolutely banging”, says Chabuddy G.

Get proper saucy with the Bombay Loaded Fries with skin-on fries topped with masala mayo, tikka curry sauce, pink pickled onions, chilli, coriander, and crispy onions is certain to turn up the heat. A vegan version of the burger will also be available to order.

To bring the collaboration to life, SoBe will be dropping a 5-part series across their social channels following Chabuddy G as he creates his burger masterpiece alongside some very familiar faces – because this isn’t just a burger launch, it’s ‘proper’ entertainment.

Inspired by Asim’s iconic Chabuddy G, the burger is an extension of the larger-than-life character blending humour with delicious Indian flavours for a truly unique SoBe Burger experience.

The collaboration is in partnership with Sessions, who specialise in curated food experiences, and the Chabuddy G Bombay Smash is the latest concept set to continue SoBe Burger’s reputation as one of the most creative smashed burger joints in the UK.

“As an ultrapaneer, I’m always looking for new ways to take people’s money. Smashed burgers are a no-brainer. Do you know how much you can charge for one of those? We’re talking proper dosh m8! So I came up with the Bombay Smash burger with SoBe Burger, although I wanted to call it Cha-patty G but for legal and personal reasons, I can’t use my name on products. I’m in a neverending cat and mouse chase with the HMRC, catch me if you can, baby!’’ said Chabuddy G.
