
Springtide Obsession Supper Club
Here at ONIN we are looking forward to spring. And what better way then to attend Springtide Obsession, the latest supper club from The Bridge Club. Here chef and baker Jack Ponting transforms the season’s best ingredients into a bold, decadent feast.
As the name suggests, Springtime Obsession is a celebration of renewal, indulgence, and creativity. The menu captures the essence of spring, balancing the brightness of fresh seafood, the tenderness of slow-braised meats, and the comforting warmth of spiced, seasonal desserts.

The menu includes:
- Petit Farcis – delicate spring vegetables, stuffed and bursting with flavour
- Moules Frites with Charred Razor Clams- a seafood feast
- Braised Lamb, Batter Haggis and mint jelly – slow-roasted richness with a bright, herby lift
- roasted carrots and crushed salt-baked Swede – earthy sweetness meets buttery texture
- Eve’s Pudding- this is a spiced apple classic reimagined for the season using brandy butterscotch and vanilla ice cream.
The menu sounds fantastic. Personally, I’m looking forward to the lamb and pudding. Can it be March already?
Springtide Obsession will be held at The Jolly Gardeners, Vauxhall on 31st March at 7pm. Tickets are £60 which includes 4 courses and 1 cocktail.
