Ta’mini Lebanese Bakery Launches Special Iftar Menu for Ramadan

This Ramadan, Ta’mini Lebanese Bakery invites guests to come together and break their fast with a thoughtfully curated Iftar set menu, available at both its Kensington and Russell Square locations. Founded and run by husband-and-wife duo Ali and Nermin, Ta’mini is known for its authentic Lebanese flavours, traditional recipes, and freshly prepared dishes, so there is no better place to gather for Iftar.

The Iftar meal begins in the traditional way, with a date served to all guests to break the fast, alongside a glass of Jallab, a sweet Middle Eastern drink made with fruit syrup. This is followed by a comforting, gently spiced lentil soup, an essential staple on Lebanese Iftar tables. The soup will be served with freshly baked pita bread, followed by Fatoush salad.

Guests can then choose between a Manakish or a wrap from Ta’mini’s menu of seven signature options. Highlights include the much-loved Chicken Wrap, filled with shredded chicken, garlic, avocado, sweetcorn, lettuce, pickles, and harissa; the Falafel Wrap, made using Ta’mini’s house falafel mix, baked on fresh bread and layered with tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, tahini, and harissa; or the Sausage Wrap, featuring a Lebanese-style blend of lamb and beef sausage with tomatoes, pickles, and mayonnaise.

The meal concludes on a sweet note with guests able to choose their own dessert, such as Kunafa Kaak, a traditional Lebanese dessert made with semolina and cheese, finished with ghee, sugar syrup, and pistachio.

The Iftar set menu is priced at £25 per person and will be available daily from sunset until 8PM throughout Ramadan, from 17th February to 18th March.
