Tart London x Bathtub Gin Collaborate on Folklore Inspired Bottle

From the restaurateur/chefs behind London restaurant Wild By Tart, the new bottle will be available nationwide in Sainsbury’s, ASDA & Morrisons 

This festive season, the culinary duo Jemima Jones and Lucy Carr-Ellison of Tart London – the restaurateurs and chefs behind Belgravia’s Wild By Tart – have collaborated with Bathtub Gin to launch a limited-edition design that captures the wild folkloric beauty of winter. 

The beautiful bottle (RRP £33.50) which is available online and nationwide in Sainsbury’s, Morrisons,  Asda,  Master of Maltand in Wild By Tart’s Shop at has been reimagined through TartLondon’s lens of wild creativity. Bathtub Gin’s iconic hand wrapped brown paper is transformed into a dreamlike journey through woodland hares, gliding birds, winding serpents and crescent moons. The design is an enchanting tribute to Britain’s native wilderness, where heritage, nature and imagination come together under the stars. Each bottle feels as much a keepsake as it does a gin.

Inside remains the award-winning Bathtub Gin itself: made in Kent, copper-pot distilled, and double infused for extraordinary depth of flavour. Just as Tart London are famed for their generous, flavour-packed recipes and Wild by Tart restaurant, Bathtub Gin is crafted with hosting in mind. This collaboration celebrates seasonality, storytelling and joy of gathering together as the nights draw in.

Seasonal Sorcery Serve: Foraged Winter Punch

Keep the spirit of folklore alive with this woodland-inspired punch. 

Step 1: Forage & Freeze Your Sloes
Seek out Sloe blackthorn hedges, pluck the ripe purple berries, and freeze overnight –  a simple alchemy that coaxes out their deep ruby juice.

Step 2: Make Spiced Sloe & Bay Syrup
Simmer sloes with sugar, bay, cinnamon and cloves until the kitchen is fragrant and the syrup glows red as embers. Strain and cool.

Step 3: Mix Your Punch (Serves 6–8)

  • 250ml Bathtub Gin

  • 150ml spiced sloe & bay syrup

  • 50ml fresh lemon juice

  • 500ml cloudy cider

  • 250ml sparkling apple juice or soda water

For Fireside Nights: Warm the cider and syrup gently, add Bathtub Gin and lemon juice off the heat. Pour into a punch bowl and serve steaming in mugs by the fire.
