To meat or not to meat?

We are frequently told that eating meat is bad for the environment, our health, and sustainability. Are we certain that meat is the problem or could there be wider and deeper issues regarding our relationship with food? This talk and discussion will explore the role of meat within the food system, including food security, cultured meat, nutrition, and affluence.
