Seignette Fizz

Ingredients:

25ml Seignette VS Cognac

12.5ml Lemon Juice

12.5ml Sugar Syrup

5 Raspberries

Crémant (or sparkling wine alternative) to top

Method:

Combine all ingredients except the Crémant in a shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. Strain into a flute and top with Crémant. Garnish with a twist of lemon and a raspberry.
