TOAST teams up with XU Teahouse for new tea experience

Kicking off this month, TOAST Shoreditch will be playing host to a Xu Teahouse & Restaurant pop-up. Serving teas rarely enjoyed outside Taiwan, customers will be invited to take refuge from the cold in-store and enjoy a traditional Taiwanese tea ceremony. Taking place on Saturday 24th November & 1st December, from 12-5pm, customers will be able to experience a carefully curated range of teas including Hong Yu no 1, 10 year aged oolong, and Yeh Fang Baozhong, all sourced from Taiwan.

The art of good tea is an important part of both British and Taiwanese culture. Paying homage to this, attendees will be encouraged to slow down and take time out of the hectic lives, learn how to pour tea beautifully and listen to personal stories surrounding tea around the well-loved wooden tea counter at the heart of the Xu Teahouse.
