To celebrate the return of group exercise, F45 Blackhorse Lane will be hosting an open day on Saturday 22nd May, for new and existing members to try out F45’s infamous Hollywood class. The climax of the week; DJ pumping, electric atmosphere, 60 minutes of focus combining the best of strength, cardio, agility, speed, power and high 5’s galore. Hollywood is the pinnacle showcase of F45 Training.
To really bring the atmosphere, F45 Blackhorse Lane will be partnering with leading brands including Fresh Fitness Food, Level Out and Moju.
