John Nash is back for Discover Marble Arch: Hidden Stories Walks

Following its success in the summer of 2023 and the completion of Marble Arch’s restoration, Marble Arch London BID, in partnership with The Portman Estate, is bringing back its free character-led tours with its iconic architect John Nash.

Discover Marble Arch: Hidden Stories Walks will allow visitors to find out about the fascinating history of the Grade II listed monument, as well as its association with Royal processions, free speech, and protests.

The character-led walks will also take you past the site of the Tyburn tree, home to gruesome executions, and Speakers’ Corner, a site renowned for passionate speeches which have helped shape British history.

Visitors will also be able to learn more about how Marble Arch has become one of London’s cultural centres combining iconic landmarks with new attractions such as Frameless and Moco which help the area attract tourists from around the world.

The Discover Marble Arch: Hidden Stories Walks will run every Tuesday during July and August with walks at 12.30pmand 2pm which begin at the Marble Arch monument and last one hour.

Tickets are free and can be booked via https://marble-arch.london/news/discover-marble-arch-2026/
