New Opening Bibi’s Newest Location Brings Epic, Mediterranean, Homemade Salads to the City of London

Bibi’s, known for its epic salads and healthy, homemade dishes is bringing its queue-worthy menu to the heart of the City of London. Opening on Cullum Street on the 1st May, Bibi’s will offer healthy, wholesome lunches for those based in the City.

To avoid the post lunch time slump, office workers and locals should make sure to visit Bibi’s and enjoy tasty and healthy lunches which will fuel not just their stomachs but also their minds. On the menu is: Bibi’s Signature Salad (£8.95) which includes a variety of six different Mediterranean salads served with additional toppings and dressings. Each of Bibi’s salads are homemade using fresh ingredients and include the likes of: spiced bulgur wheat with cucumber, turmeric with chickpeas & rocket, glazed roasted carrots with thyme, white cabbage & black cumin seeds, home made hummus, and mixed leaves. Guests can choose a selection that tickles their fancy or opt to try all six. Additional items such as grilled halloumi and falafel can also be added. The menu changes seasonally so there’s always something new to explore.

Bibi’s also serves homemade hot food such as roasted chicken with honey & cajun, roasted salmon with honey & garlic, creamy coconut curry chicken and spicy meatballs with tomato sauce. Each of which are served with two salad sides. (The hot food option ranges from £10.95 to £12.70 in price depending on the item selected.)

Once diners have built their dream bowl of food, toppings and dressings such as sunflower seeds, smoked chilli flakes, honey mustard, yogurt & dill or chilli oil can be added to make each dish personalised to suit each individual’s taste.

Bibi’s newest restaurant will be housed in the historic Bolton House on Cullum Street. The striking Art Nouveau building completed in 1907 was designed by architect A.I. Selby. Bolton House showcases Moorish influences with intricate blue and white faience and elegant arched windows—making it a true architectural gem and a beautiful new home for Bibi’s. The restaurant has added its signature look by adding sleek high chairs, and modern stainless steel interiors creating the energetic, stylish atmosphere that Bibi’s is so well known for.

Specially designed for the fast-paced rhythm of the city, Bibi’s Cullum Street provides grab-and-go options for busy professionals, while also offering a selection of seating for those looking to escape the office during their lunch hour. Bibi’s makes it possible to enjoy wholesome and homemade food whilst away from the comfort of home.

Bibi’s Cullum Street will also offer catering services to the surrounding area, ideal for meetings or events hosted in the office. All catered options are prepared fresh on the day and delivered straight to the door. Both individual lunch boxes and buffet-style spreads are available, ensuring all event types can be provided for.
