Galvin Restaurants is delighted to announce the return of its much-loved Taste of Summer menus, available from 6 July to 15 September across lunch and dinner, celebrating the very best of the season with specially curated Mediterranean menus across Galvin La Chapelle, Galvin Bistrot & Bar and Galvin Green Man.
Galvin La Chapelle, London
At Galvin La Chapelle, guests can enjoy an indulgent five-course dining experience for just £49.00 per person – one of London’s most reasonable Michelin meals – including a complimentary glass of 2025 ‘Symphonie’ Rosé from Château Sainte Marguerite, Côtes de Provence, on arrival. Set within a breathtaking former Victorian school in the heart of Spitalfields, the Michelin-starred restaurant is renowned for its elegant, produce-led cuisine and warm, polished service. The Taste of Summer menu showcases La Chapelle’s refined Mediterranean-European style, featuring dishes such as Duck liver parfait with Moroccan spices and fermented peach, Roasted yellow pepper escabeche with tonnato sauce and stracciatella, a seasonal take on cassoulet with Dingley dell pork belly and miso aubergine, and an Amalfi lemon tart with burnt soft meringue to finish.
Galvin Bistrot & Bar, London
Just next door, Galvin Bistrot & Bar offers a warm neighbourhood atmosphere and an ingredient-led menu that celebrates exceptional produce from trusted suppliers. As part of Taste of Summer, guests are invited to enjoy a relaxed Mediterranean-style feast for just £29.00 per person. Designed for sharing, the menu features a selection of seasonal small plates, generous mains and desserts served to the table, including Jersey oysters, British burrata with sundried tomato and rocket pesto and Pio Tosini 24-month Parma ham with homemade focaccia. Bigger plates include Grilled Argentinian prawns with citrus butter and Aubergine parmigiana. For dessert the menu finishes on a classic note with House tiramisu or British strawberries with crème Chantilly.
Galvin Green Man, Chelmsford
For those looking to escape the city, Galvin Green Man offers the perfect countryside retreat this summer, with its Taste of Summer menu available from 6 July to 15 September. Priced at just £19.50 for two courses or £23.50 for three courses, the seasonal menu features a classic set menu of Red pepper and tomato gazpacho with basil and fresh almonds, followed by a Croquette of Dingley dell pork shoulder with roast apricot and lavender honey salad, and a Tiptree strawberry Eton mess. Just 30 minutes from Liverpool Street Station, the Michelin Bib Gourmand pub and restaurant is set within a beautiful 14th-century building in the heart of the Essex countryside, complete with panoramic views and a picturesque riverside garden, making it the ideal destination for summer lunches, garden drinks and relaxed countryside dining.
