Brooklyn Brewery Takeover At The Hoxton
On Wednesday 12th September, award-winning craft brewer Brooklyn Brewery will be teaming up with The Hoxton, Shoreditch to celebrate the very best in Brooklyn culture. The Brooklyn Brewery team will be treating guests to a food and beer pairing event, in celebration of the Hoxton’s latest hotel opening in Williamsburg.
The one-off event will offer an exclusive menu featuring the best in Brooklyn bites, including a special Williamsburg Ozzie Hot Dog – a beef chilli dog topped with cheese sauce, green Tabasco and potato. There’s something for every taste on the menu including mini burgers, cornflake chicken, smoked salmon rolls and plenty of veggie options. The Brooklyn Brewery team will be pairing each dish with a unique Brooklyn beer from the classic Brooklyn Lager and refreshing and flavourful Summer Ale to sessionable Brooklyn Scorcher IPA and bright and citrusy Sorachi Ace.
Tickets cost just £20 and include all food and drink – that’s Wednesday night sorted!
