La Maritxu Serve Up A New Flavour For Wimbledon

To celebrate Wimbledon, La Maritxu, London’s authentic Basque cheesecake destination, is serving up a limited-edition offering inspired by the tournament’s most iconic pairing, strawberries and cream.

From 29th June to 12th July, guests can enjoy the return of La Maritxu’s much-loved Strawberry Cheesecake, available in both mini and medium sizes, priced at £13 and £17. Known for its iconic San Sebastián style burnt cheesecake, crustless with a deeply caramelised top and ultra-creamy centre, the strawberry flavour is the perfect pairing.

For the finals week (6th – 12th July), La Maritxu will also be offering a special Wimbledon package featuring a 5-inch Strawberry Cheesecake and two cans of Pimm’s for £20, the perfect accompaniment to a day of tennis viewing.

The Wimbledon specials will be available at all La Maritxu locations including Kingly Court, Connaught Street, Greenwich, and its newest site at Coal Drops Yard. With Everyman Cinema screening Wimbledon matches at its outdoor cinema in Coal Drops Yard, visitors can pick up the package and enjoy it while watching the action unfold.
