Bank Holiday Weekend At Number 90 Hackney

This bank holiday welcomes a new neighbour to the much-loved canal of Hackney Wick. Number 90 will be unveiling a new 70ft mural across the Number Group’s newest multifaceted creative studio space for events, artists, photographers, creatives, brands and pop-ups.

The festivities are weekend-long, starting on Thursday 23rd at 18.00 with Normanton Street performing live, and a selection of live arts from a number of local galleries. The new autumn menu will be showcased, consisting of grilled chicken wings with Korean BBQ sauce and dill mustard, beef brisket dirty fries with salsa verde and a zesty cheese sauce for the ultimate accompaniment for an ice cold beer. The avocado burger will also be making an appearance, replacing the typical bun with avocado halves, with a vegan bean and quinoa patty and red onion marmalade.

Kicking things off on the Friday, Ray Mang will provide an intimate showdown of some of the finest disco gems from across the globe. Ray Mang invites Fernando Pulichino to join him on the night.

Moving on to Saturday, Number 90 will be transporting the sandy shores of Ibiza to Hackney Wick, as We Are Balearic curate an all-day 18 hour long party, capturing the true open air terrazza vibes of the early Ibizan parties. until Ibiza legend DJ Alfredo; joined by Terry Farley and support, invites you back inside to deliver the finale.

Sunday will be hosting the Old Blue Last Brunch, where artists will be creating beautiful limited edition cans, along with pop up art works with a special appearance from Kim Ann Foxman, The Hercules & Love Affair singer.
