Guests can choose from three signature cocktails, each featuring Perrier-Jouët Brut NV Champagne
and paired with a complimentary 111SKIN gift. The Brilliant Cut (£16) combines Perrier-Jouët Champagne with Feragaia and elderflower, while the Amber Jewel (£18) includes Perrier-Jouët Champagne, Pineau, apricot and chamomile cordial, and both cocktails are accompanied by a 111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask. Finally, the Obsidian Eclipse cocktail (£20) is a refreshing mix of Perrier-Jouët Brut NV Champagne, cucumber, coconut, and pineapple cordial, complemented by a 111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond Face Mask.
With every Black Diamond cocktail purchased at Brasserie of Light, guests can enjoy a complimentary
15-minute Cryotherapy Facial at 111SKIN’s counter in Selfridges Beauty Hall, inviting them to sip,

For those with a sweet tooth, the opulent Black Diamond dessert (£12.95) offers a decadent creation
of blackberry parfait, vanilla sponge, champagne jelly, meringue and elderflower foam, perfectly

indulging in the special dessert can also add a glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne (£18) and
will receive a 111SKIN Black Diamond Lifting and Firming Neck Mask, designed to plump and
