Bread Street Kitchen Bar
10 Bread Street, London EC4M 9AB
Every Saturday from 4pm – 9pm.
Launching 4th October 2014 with Busan BBQ (to 25th October)
Gordan Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen is breaking its restaurant crust, and launching a new celebration of London’s culturally diverse street food scene; Bread Street Sessions.
Every Saturday in October Buscan BBQ, a husband a wife team, will be serving up and array Korean inspired bulgogi burgers, pork belly buns, gochujang ribs and Korean fried chicken. Plus there will be live music from Korean hip-hop maestro DJ Joonki, and delicious cocktails made using traditional ingredients including Hwayo Soju, a Korean rice based spirit using water from the Kyunggi province.
‘The Bread Street Sessions is an extension of our love of Street Food having recently taken Bread Street Kitchen to the Feast festival and Meatopia. We came across Busan BBQ and loved their passion and dedication to what they do, creating a unique brand serving fantastic Korean inspired dishes, if you haven’t been lucky enough to try them, don’t miss the chance to see them in action in October in our bar.’ Erion Karaj, head chef of Bread Street Kitchen.
