From Friday 26th May the ultimate urban beach is coming to the heart of Brixton. Inspired by Cuba’s vibrant culture, the Brixton Beach will give guests a taste of paradise in the city, serving up a winning combination of cocktails, street food and entertainment, creating the ultimate festival that lasts all summer long.

Building on last years success with the Brixton Beach Boulevard, visitors will journey to a magnificent tropical fiesta on the beach and prepare to turn up the heat in Cuba. The design has been created in collaboration with Zap Architects who blur the boundaries between art and architecture to create something truly bespoke. The team have curated a series of individual events and experiences, involving immersive day and night parties, renowned DJ sets, summer film screenings, beach barbecues and daily exercise classes, whether you’re looking to get fit or fiesta the summer evenings away, the beach has something for all.

Brixton Beach will also introduce weekly barbeque chef residencies from renowned BBQ joints from across the City every Thursday, welcoming some of the best restaurants to the roof including Mama’s Jerk and Negril.

The beach party promises an impressive line-up of performances each weekend, including live DJs, traditional Latin American brass bands and exciting cabaret performances. Providing a home for a wide array of musical talent, Brixton Beach will offer everything from house and garage to disco music.

Brixton Beach will be celebrating Cuba’s biggest and boldest holiday, Carnival de Cuba, with their Beach Carnival in July, hosting a weekend festival filled with colour, Cuban dancers and afro-Cuban drum music. A wide range of group booking packages are also available, where guests will be able to book any of the three open fronted Cuban Huts, offering private seating, while still being at the heart of the party.
