Heaven Hill was founded in 1935 by the Shapira family and is still owned by them to this day. Located in Louisville, Kentucky, it is the largest single-site Bourbon distillery in the U.S and is the only heritage distiller to produce every major style of American Whiskey.
Heaven Hill Distillery has the world’s second largest holding of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and recently celebrated the filling of its 10 millionth barrel. Three core whiskeys from their range are available in the UK including Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon, Evan Williams Black Label Bourbon and Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey.
The Gas Station is the latest venture from Barworks, the team behind much-loved Camden Town Brewery and Mare Street Market. The Gas Station all-day menu offers modern classics with an emphasis on seafood and seasonal produce. The indoor-outdoor venue has three bars set over two floors, as well as a beautiful canal-side beer garden. The outdoor space has been created with Richard Wilford, head of garden design at Royal Botanic Garden in Kew, and is bursting with cheerful florals designed to be a pollinator haven.
