Celebrate the Spirit of Wales At Quaglino’s This St David’s Day
An evening curated by Katherine Jenkins and Cygnet Gin
Quaglino’s, the legendary live music restaurant in Mayfair, is set to dazzle on Saturday 1st March, with an extraordinary St David’s Day celebration designed in partnership with Katherine Jenkins OBE.
Every detail of the evening, from the carefully curated menus to the music, reflects Katherine’s Welsh roots. The launch of her luxury gin, Cygnet, to D&D London brings a beautifully personal touch to the celebration.
Menus
In collaboration with Executive Chef Jack Smith, Katherine has designed an exclusive three-course menu that showcases classic Welsh ingredients and draws inspiration from cherished memories of growing up in the market town of Neath.
Cockles, smoked pancetta & laverbread, toasted sourdough, seaweed & roasted garlic butter
Manuka honey & lavender glazed shoulder of Salt Marsh lamb, braised leeks, wild mushrooms spinach & Caerphilly cheese, finished with a red wine jus.
Welsh amber tart, with orange & chamomile cremeux, and bilberry ripple ice cream.
Alongside this guests can enjoy a specially created cocktail pairing with Cygnet Gin. Founded by Katherine, Cygnet combines the finest natural botanicals with a meticulous distillation process for an unparalleled drinking experience of the world’s most luxurious gin. Four exclusive cocktails will launch on St David’s Day and be available at Quaglino’s throughout March and April.

Music
Katherine’s musical background is at the heart of the celebration. The evening will feature performances from Idalia String Quartet, a talented group of students from the Royal Academy of Music, where she once studied.
As the evening unfolds, Quaglino’s resident party band, New Atlantics, will take the stage playing the usual upbeat tunes sprinkling in a few Welsh classics to keep the energy high until late!
This specially curated three-course dinner with live music is priced at £80 per person, with the option to add the four Cygnet Gin cocktail pairing for an additional £45 per person.
