Crazy Pizza Review

Last Sunday, ONIN.London and @Chloelouise.biz ventured to Marylebone to witness the craziness which is Crazy Pizza.

Upon arriving, we were greeted by the gorgeous sight a backdrop of blooming bougainvillea. It covers the entirety of Crazy Pizza’s iconic façade and terrace and is just lovely. The vibrant terrace is sure to be the new hot spot, as it’s the perfect location to savour a collection of classic, crazy and guilt-free cocktails. Definitely try the iconic Campari Spritz or the new Hot Margherita infused with fiery jalapeños and a Smoky Shadow, mixed with homemade rosemary cordial, tequila and mezcal. I chose the Caipirinha, which was just what the doctor ordered. My friend went with the equally delicious Espresso Martini and this put a smile on her face instantly!

Staff were super friendly and kind to everyone that was in the restaurant which was lovely to see. They even kindly moved us to a quieter table when a very happy family arrived for their son’s birthday party.

The food though is what really shines at Crazy Pizza! As my friend Chloe, so eloquently put it “Each dish is a work of art”.

We has the amazing Burrata with focaccia for our starter. It’s homemade on site so super fresh and full of flavour.

We couldn’t go past the Margherita and the Parma Ham Pizzas for our mains. We were certainly not disappointed and they were probably the best pizzas I’ve had all year.  Whilst eating our pizzas, we were treated to a crazy pizza show where the head chef spun the dough around while dancing in the restaurant. It was pretty awesome, so make sure you visit in the evening to see where Crazy Pizza gets It’s name from.

Now we couldn’t not have dessert, especially as they make the dessert right in front of you.  My friend chose the tiramisu, while I went for Crazy Pizza’s signature dessert… The Crazy Cake. Mini croissants with Nutella and mascarpone cream! Utter indulgence.

We loved our time at Crazy Pizza and will definitely be back. We felt super safe whilst we were there as well, as they’re doing the social distancing extremely well.
