A Stunning Winter Wonderland in collaboration with Perrier-Jouët Champagne

Prepare to be truly enchanted, as Dalloway Terrace has been transformed into a glamorous winter wonderland in collaboration with Perrier-Jouët Champagne. Inspired by the history and elegance of Maison Belle Époque, the home of Perrier-Jouët in Epernay, Dalloway Terrace will pay tribute to the iconic Champagne house, lighting up the darkest of days and adding sparkle to the season.

Famous for its stunning surroundings, exceptional food and world class cuvées, Maison Belle Époque is a beautifully restored testament to the Art Noveau movement. Dalloway Terrace will be celebrating the spirit of the 18th century Maison with Perrier-Jouët’s floral cuvées and champagne cocktails, and a delightful winter menu including a signature almond panna cotta, the exact recipe from Chef Sebastien Morellon at Maison Belle Époque.

The space has been transformed by Princess & Ko, cocooned in deep red Virgina Creeper, gilded anemones, berries and twinkling fairy lights, drawing you into a mesmerising winter dreamworld. Stay warm and cosy with sheepskin blankets and heaters, whilst sipping on a selection of Perrier-Jouët cocktails including The Adele – with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé and organic rose tea cordial and the Château Perrier 75 – with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, Martell Blue Swift, Calvados, KI NO BI Dry Gin, Crème de Figue and lemon juice.

Dishes on the all-day menu include starters of Black Angus grass-fed beef tartare with Melba toast; and grilled tiger prawns with smoked garlic butter and samphire; whilst mains include the likes of Portland crab linguine with datterini tomatoes, chilli and lemon; and wild mushroom and Sharpham spelt risotto with truffle and parmesan crisps.

Treat your nearest and dearest to a festive Perrier-Jouët afternoon tea (£55 per person or £70 with a glass of Champagne), stacked high with delicate finger sandwiches, freshly-baked, fluffy scones and decadent sweet treats including the hotels homemade Guinness mince pies – a nostalgic nod to The Doyle Collection’s Irish heritage.
