Discover Nemo and Dory this half term at Sealife London Aquarium

KEY IMAGE 2 - Red Knobbed Starfish

On Saturday 13th Feb to kick of half term I marched all 3 kids down to Sealife Aquarium London, the idea was to get out and do something different and I was keen to make the trip educational too. So with a 3,5 and 8 year old in tow, we went off to explore the deep blue sea.  One of my favourite Disney movies is Finding Nemo, so I was extra excited to find out that  Sealife had an extra special half term inspired theme. Fans of Nemo and Dory will be able to learn more about and meet the real fish that inspired the magical film characters. The attraction has created a fun and educational kids’ trail highlighting some of the lovable and colourful fish made famous by the films, including the ever-popular clownfish and of course Dory, the Royal Blue Tang – star of the forthcoming sequel ‘Finding Dory’.

Turtle at SEA LIFE London Aquarium

The aquarium is like an Aladdin’s cave of amazing things that live under the sea and is home to around three anemone-loving species of clownfish and several Royal Blue Tangs with their vibrant blue bodies. We also got to see the crocodile, turtles and my favourite the sharks and it was awe inspiring. The kids had such a fun time and enjoyed running around the aquarium picking out their favourite animals and asking questions about what each thing was. To top it all off they were so tired when we got home, it was a pretty quiet evening for mum.
