Holmes Hotel London unveils expansion of The Residence unveiling two new event spaces
Design-led event and private dining spaces, The Parlour and The Damson Room, in the heart of Marylebone
Holmes Hotel London has announced the launch of two new event spaces including The Parlour which is an extension of The Residence, and The Damson Room, a private dining room extension of its two AA Rosette restaurant, Kitchen at Holmes.
The Parlour (52.5m²) and The Damson Room (12.5m²) are both designed for meetings, creative sessions and intimate celebrations, further strengthening the hotel’s position as a cultural and social hub in Marylebone.
he Parlour has been created to meet growing demand for characterful, design-led venues that move beyond the traditional boardroom. With high-definition presentation technology, terrace access, natural daylight, a residential lounge feel and bespoke catering integration, the space is designed for connection, creativity and conversation. Perfect for companies looking to host team builds, training sessions and creative workshops; the Parlour also gives way to a further five event spaces within The Residence, perfect for breakout sessions.

Complementing this is The Damson Room, an intimate private dining room for up to six people for lunch or dinner. Tucked away within Holmes Hotel, it offers a refined and discreet setting in the heart of the capital, making it an exceptional private dining destination for those seeking exclusivity alongside five-star hospitality. The new space is an extension of Kitchen at Holmes, the hotel’s award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, and has been designed specifically for business and leisure. From curated dining experiences, chef-led tastings and intimate celebratory meals; to private business lunches, small meetings and breakout sessions; the Damson Room lends itself to a variety of uses and also benefits from access to the courtyard terrace so events on those warmer days can enjoy time outside.
The addition of The Parlour brings The Residence collection to 14 individually designed rooms, available separately or for exclusive use. Included is The Laboratory with it’s subtle nod to Dr Watson’s scientific curiosity; the Roof Terrace, a secluded rooftop hideaway for intimate dining and drinks; The Study, an elegant boardroom ideal for executive meetings; The Lounge, a relaxed fireside setting for cocktail receptions; and The Gallery, the hotel’s largest conference space with adjoining breakout area.
