How to manage Irritable Bowel Syndrome

When faced with a dilemma your body knows just what to do. It’s the perfect design. And when we supply sufficient nutrients we see a highly complex machine working beautifully. We see great skin bright eyes, strong teeth high energy, strong bones, a clear mind, little fat and the list goes on. In effect we see a body absent of disease.

It is said that the bowel is the seat of disease. It is where all disease takes its seat to corrupt the whole body.

IBS is a Friend

As mentioned earlier the body knows just what to do. For example, when we eat something the body does not like the stomach may violently contract to eject the poison. This is called vomiting.

Moving Further into the bowel we find the small intestine. When the body receives something it does not like it can do one of two things, become constipated to hold the toxin to protect you from further problems or expel the mass quickly by runny and soft stool. IBS is identified as bouts of cramping, runny stool or constipation.

Let us be clear, this is the body doing its job, and rather well. It is not to be looked on as all negative. When we recognize this fact we can actually assist the body in the process of healing.

These are all protective measures.  Both of these symptoms of constipation and diarrhea are a problem but also a natural protective response.

Real Causes

We can look at some of the causative factors such as:

Stress – digestion is very much impaired when one is stressed. You need to be relaxed or comfortable. Family, work and finances are major factors here.

Learn to breathe deeply at certain points in the day for 5 minutes. Think of being restored and renewed with every breath. Breathe slowly and meditate on being well.  Be very determined to do this 3 times a day. It works!

Dairy.

Dairy is a main culprit of IBS. We really have no need of milk and cheese. These foods are indigestible. These alone will cause digestive disturbances. This is a well documented fact.

Other Foods

“Certain foods and drinks can trigger the symptoms of IBS. Triggers vary from person to person, but the most common ones include:

alcohol

fizzy drinks

chocolate

drinks that contain caffeine, such as tea, coffee or cola

processed snacks, such as crisps and biscuits

fatty food

fried food”

Info from NHS.uk

For some of us the causes are quite obvious. Toxic foods cause adverse reactions in all people at some point in their lives. If you suffer with IBS and are eating these kinds if foods then your body has done well to protect you but action needs to be taken now.

Abstinence from poisons substances like those mentioned above is 50% of the remedy. The rest is about using natural substances to facilitate the healing process.

What Would I Take?

The advice I am about to give is based on what I have done for myself over the last 10 years.

The remedy is simple and works on the principle of clean and build – cleanse and nutrition.

·       I would recommend Eden’s Tree Bowel Cleanser and Toxin Absorber. It works to relieve the symptoms without any negative side effects. In fact it is quite healthy in promoting other major health benefits.

·       I also recommend a juicing regime.

These items and methods are simple and cost effective. As a remedy for many ailments I use these items as a base for cleaning and healing. Should you wish to obtain a quality product I recommend my own formula and unique mix of our Toxin Absorber & Bowel Cleanser. Please follow the link below to order.

It might all seem to simple but remember, if you remove offensive food and supply a natural substance your body knows just what to do.  Enjoy healing.
