The Sanderson embraces the current Spring/Summer floral fashion trend in partnership with champagne house Perrier-Jouet and launches The Garden of Live Flowers and The Bar of Nature on the 15th of May courtesy of cocktail guru Stuart Bale and renowned florist and horticulturist Kitten Grayson. With floral inspired menus guests will be transported into a fairy-tale world of Summer beauty and fragrance and will get the exclusive chance to try the new premium classic cuvee Blanc de Blancs and a selection of canapes. Taking inspiration from chapter II of Lewis Carol’s ‘Through the Looking Glass’, The Garden of Live Flowers will see the spacious secret London courtyard garden and iconic Long Bar completely transformed into a floral installation.
