Langan’s Brasserie Celebrates 50th Anniversary with Year-Long Series of Events and Experiences

Langan’s Brasserie, the beloved, iconic Mayfair restaurant, is celebrating a major milestone this year. In commemoration of its 50th anniversary, the restaurant will play host to an impressive lineup of special events, collaborations, and experiences throughout the year.

Founded in 1976, Langan’s Brasserie has grown into a glittering world of British elegance – open for
early breakfasts, late night soirées and everything in between. From the beginning, Langan’s Brasserie
burst onto the global restaurant scene – welcoming an impressive list of guests, from Elizabeth Taylor
and Elton John to Princess Margaret, Mick Jagger and Mohammad Ali. The restaurant was renovated,
reopened and reborn in 2021 under the guidance of Graziano Arricale, and continues to serve Mayfair as one of the neighbourhood’s most iconic restaurants, offering guests from London and afar exceptional drinking and dining experiences.

Paying homage to its 50th anniversary, the restaurant will host a series of celebrations throughout the year, including:

St. Patrick’s Day
In a nod to its Irish roots, Langan’s Brasserie will be hosting a one-of-a-kind St Patrick’s Day
celebration this year. Available on Tuesday 17th March for £95pp, the Mayfair restaurant will be
offering guests a bespoke menu that celebrates the best of Irish flavours with a Langan’s twist.

Diners can begin with elegant canapés including Wicklow blue and port cones, smoked salmon
rillette with soda bread, and braised hogget and fennel seed croquettes, followed by starters
such as Irish oysters, or warm ham hock and parsley terrine with soft-boiled quail’s egg.

Mains will showcase comforting Irish favourites, from Guinness-braised ox cheek with celeriac
purée to a rich Irish lamb stew, before finishing with traditional desserts including Irish apple tart
or indulgent Guinness chocolate cake – a celebratory menu designed to bring a taste of Ireland
to Mayfair for the day.
