Following on from the success of his 2017 World Meditation Day event on the London Eye, this May 15th sees Will Williams, known for his commitment to passing on the ancient knowledge of meditation in a way that is practical, enjoyable and relevant to people of all walks of life, holding a truly epic meditation event. Combining his love of music and meditation, in his recognisably unique way. This year’s event will be taking place in London’s well known super club, Fabric.
Whether experienced or a beginner, this years World Meditation Day event promises a unique approach to well-being that’s set to inspire a new community of meditators. Taking place in Fabric, one of the most respected clubs in the world, the evening will be full of music, meditation and food for the body, as well as the soul.
Following what is sure to be a truly special guided meditation from Will Williams, BBC Radio 1 mainstay B. Traits will grace the decks, keeping it serene and treating lucky meditators to ambient tones, before Jordan Rakei performs an exclusive DJ set. Then bringing together a unique collection of people for the close of the night will be nutrition expert and founder of Sound Sebastien Jasmine Hemsley, on-hand to create a soothing sound bath to relax, uplift and inspire lucky Fabric attendees.
There will of course be refreshments, but not in the usual Fabric style. Swapping beers for nutritious food and drink, there will be a variety of treats available from a who’s who’s of leading health brands including the worlds first non-alcoholic spirit Seedlip, Sambazon, Hippeas, 100% Natural Foods, Pukka Tea, Rebel Kitchen & more.
This is set to be a truly inspiring night, and in line with this positivity, all profits from World Meditation Day at Fabric will be donated to mental health charity CALM.
