Founders Will McLaren and Toby Spooner bring a wealth of expertise to METRIX. Will McLaren, a former Royal Marine and Head Coach at KXU London, with clients ranging from top celebrities to everyday fitness enthusiasts whilst personally competing in Ironman and bodybuilding events. Toby Spooner, a wellness entrepreneur and sport scientist who has also worked as a personal trainer to high-profile clients, a cardiac coach for rehabilitation, and a strength and conditioning coach for elite athletes like the Spain National Lacrosse Team. Toby is also co-founder of The Active Kitchen, a tailored nutrition service.
