Muse of London review

Walk the back streets of Oxford street into Mortimer street, where you will come across the Hairdressers: Muse of London, from the outside it looks pretty funky and a little to cool for school. However when I entered I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was shown to the waiting area, an area with coffee and tea facilities and magazines to browse through. Within minutes I was greeted by my hair stylist Sarah.

We talked though my needs of brightening the balayage I currently already have, however after a while the blond in my hair develops more of a warm and orange tint, I wanted to bring back the softer looking blond. Sarah was friendly and put me at ease from the very beginning. From past experience I knew I was likely to be in the hairdressers for at least three hours, so I brought my laptop and happily got on with work while Sarah worked her magic. She kindly topped me up with drinks when I was running low. The salons colour of choice is TIGI Copyright Colour, which I have been told ensures colour fade is minimal.

My hair was treated with Olaplex which conditioned and nourished my hair, I was so pleased with how shiny and soft my hair was that I put Olaplex on my Christmas gift list.

Muse London likes to look after their customer and cater to all of their needs which they do by offering a variety of beauty treatments, which include facials, brows, lashes, manicures, pedicures, waxing and hair removal, to name a few.

Although Muse of London is on the pricey side (I mean what salon isn’t in London…) they do have a ‘Last minute deals’ section on their website, which is worth looking out for and if you download their app you can redeem promotional offer codes. The whole experience was enjoyable and I already have an appointment booked in for February for a toner treatment.
