Pied à Terre & Club Gascon team up


Foodies in the capital, listen up! Today, Michelin starred Pied à Terre will be hosting a unique, one-off, collaborative dinner designed by Head Chef Asimakis Chaniotis and Club Gascon’s Chef Patron, Pascal Aussignac. Not only will guests get to sample the fascinating tasting menu, which combines the finest quality ingredients with each chef’s culinary flair, but attendees will also get the chance to meet the Michelin starred duo.

Asimakis’ distinctive and dynamic cooking skills paired with Aussignac’s imaginative dishes and attention to detail is set to make for an indulgent evening of 11 delicious courses. The plates on offer range from Isle of Mull scallops with celeriac, yuzu, kale and Périgord truffle to Crispy duck foie gras with cranberry and gingerbread canelé. It sounds like a rare culinary treat is in store for those lucky enough to be going along, and there are still spaces available for today, Wednesday 7th February, for £105 per person.
