Looking for 2019 fitness inspiration? Look no further, this January as POPfit is partnering with renowned Soho venue 100 Wardour St to host a series of cardio blasting dance-based classes to help beat the January blues. The classes will be led by Kate Hudson’s personal trainer, Steph Burrows and are part of D&D London’s wellness series, a group wide initiative as part of their 2019 ‘Waste Not, Want More’ campaign.
Until 11th February 2019, the feel-good POPfit classes will have guests working every muscle in their body, all set to their favourite hits as they complete a full fat burning workout. In line with 100 Wardour St’s musical heritage, POPfit have put together a series of unique music-based classes especially for this residency along with some of their Signature Classic classes.
Guests will work out to all their favourite throwback hits with POPfit Signature Throwback on January 14th; the ultimate Queen of Pop, Madonna, in POPfit POPQueen on January 21st; and POPfit Spice Girls Signature on January 28th.
The final class on the 11th February will be a mighty anti-valentines celebration with POPfit GALentines, which is set to leave all dancers feeling strong and empowered by the end of the workout.
Body type, age or experience does not matter as the fun workouts will leave everyone on an all time high.
Following class, guests can relax at the 100 Wardour St Lounge and enjoy a delicious healthy meal – or a sneaky cocktail or two!
