Thursday night we visited Sticky Mango to sample chef Peter Lloyd’s Indonesian Tasting Menu. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and I fell in love with its three separate dining areas.Peanut, Kaffir Lime and Chilli Crackers (3 Sambals)

Make sure you visit Sticky Mango to try this menu for yourself. You won’t be disappointed, though you may roll out like we did. Top hint: the lovely staff are also happy to recommend wine pairings for each course. I highly recommend doing that. If not… the cocktails are pretty damn special too.
