The Dayrooms have launched their second food and beverage venture, in Holborn! A brunch specialist cafe that mixes simple and high quality produce with the extra pizazz of Australian culinary, the menus will again be seasonal and take inspiration from the Australian Eastern coastline and this will be paired with the best local ingredients possible.

Think beautiful bowls of salads, plant and meat based proteins and Aussie brunch inspired quick breakfast options, such as lemon ricotta pancakes with roasted fruit, cherry poppyseed coconut waffles, confit trout with radish and herbs, grilled prawn tostadas and sticky sesame chicken. There will also be a counter-top full of sandwiches made fresh every morning on site using freshly baked sourdough bread.

Of course no café would be truly complete without the proper liquid accompaniments and the menu here does not disappoint. Coffee is from Antipodean roasters Ozone Coffee Roasters and smoothies will be made in house. Considering the high levels of offices in the local area, they have a stronger focus on being a take away stop, with all produce on display on the marble top counters, served in recyclable cardboard boxes. They have also partnered up with Australian brand Keepcup to sell their reusable hot drink cups.

So you can feel good about drinking and eating a delicious lunch. What’s not to love!
