Too Too Moo Review

I love Thai food, and was excited to be invited to Too Too Moo for dinner and a drink one Friday night. With three North London branches in Whetstone, Crouch End and Islington, we visited the Whetstone branch and I’m already planning my next visit…

I was pleasantly surprised to see how extensive their cocktail menu was, with a great selection of fruity mocktails too.

To start, we ordered the Prawn Crackers (which I was impressed to see are Halal and don’t actually contain real prawns which for someone who doesn’t eat them is a win!), Korean Fried Chicken and Chicken Gyoza. The fried chicken was served in a sweet and spicy sauce, and the gyoza were accompanied by a dipping sauce and were really light.

My eye is always drawn to a Thai Green Curry, and I was so tempted to order one, but I thought I should try something different. We decided to share the Malaysian style Chicken Rendang Curry and Satay Fried Rice and the Balinese Satay Stir Fry with Ramen Noodles. Both were packed with flavour and the portions were so generous we had to take the leftovers home!

Of course there was no space for dessert, so we opted for a Bailey’s on ice before heading home.

The service was top notch and Too Too Moo had such a great selection of food and drinks; I’ll definitely be going back – especially as they have outdoor seating too!
