Immediately at ease and relaxed, I had a completely bespoke facial. This facial is specifically tailored to individual skin type/skin concern.

Starting with a deep cleansing, this stimulates the collagen in your face. This is followed by a customised exfoliation based on skin type. Mine was a light peel and was completely comfortable – no pain or irritation. Next up was my favourite part – extraction, which again was so relaxing and painless. I knew my skin needed this, so it was deeply satisfying.

Next was a lifting and draining facial massage, using heat and infra-red devices to warm up the skin tissues. A personalised mask was then added, followed by Dermalux flex LED light therapy, Cryo Globes and an oxygen infusion to revive the skin. All bases were truly covered in this treatment. It felt high-tech, yet calming.

A completely unexpected treat was a full hand, arm, lower leg and foot massage. A perfect combination of hands on and machine work, leaving the skin looking and feeling relaxed, replenished and red carpet ready.
