This month, My Runway Group, an award-winning youth empowerment organisation supporting and developing young black creatives, is bringing you an exciting pop-up, showcasing over 50 black owned businesses. You can expect to find cutting edge fashion, beauty, art, photography, with much much more! The pop-up opens on 9th October in the much loved Carnaby street, to coincide with Black History Month.
You can browse the rails of Tinie Tempah’s label ‘What We Wear’ along with other talented designers, which include K Mabel and Nubian Wear. Fancy a mani/pedi or in need of a beauty make-over? head over to The Black Beauty Store, to get your beauty fix! You will also find a great range of books by black authors, keep your eyes peeled for the in-store signings, we hear Jeremiah Emmanuel is on the list!
Expect to also see incredible art, photography, morning yoga, identity and mental health talks and gaming tournaments… This certainly is the place to be this month. We have the date marked in our diaries!
