Proper Corn Is Opening Their Doors

Colourful popcorn-makers, PROPERCORN, are opening the doors of their London HQ this November, offering five people a week of desk space, mentoring and as much popcorn as they can eat.

PROPERCORN was founded just six years ago by 33-year-olds Cassandra Stavrou and Ryan Kohn. The award-winning snack brand is now stocked in 14 countries, with their young team producing some 3 million bags of popcorn per month. This year, they were listed as the 5th fastest growing independent business in Europe.

On a mission to inspire and support the next generation of entrepreneurial talent, the team is appealing to aspiring self-starters to take up residence in their canal-side, Old Street offices during Global Entrepreneurship Week (13th-19th November). For five days, the five chosen entrepreneurs will enjoy breakfast and lunch from the in-house chef, grab coffees with the company’s founders and workshop ideas whilst sitting alongside their team of 40.

To be in with a chance of securing a desk, applicants should send a 2-minute video pitch to [email protected] introducing themselves, the business or big idea and the reason they’d benefit from a week of PROPERCORN desk space. PROPERCORN will select the five entrepreneurs they think they can offer the most help and support to during GEW. Entries close Wednesday the 8th!
