Guest Chef Series Quaglino’s x Matt Tebbutt For One-Night-Only

Legendary Mayfair dining destination, Quaglino’s, is thrilled to welcome celebrated chef and TV personality, Matt Tebbutt as the next guest in the Chef Series with a delicious, one-night-only menu.

Available on Thursday 17th April, Matt will join the celebrations at Quaglino’s as guests explore the three-course menu created alongside Executive Chef Jack Smith. Expect a menu inspired by hearty British cuisine, celebrating the arrival of spring with rich, seasonal ingredients and Quaglino’s signature flair.

To start, Chalk Stream Trout, cured with Cygnet 22 Gin, its richness complemented by a vibrant, crisp fennel and cucumber salad and sharp heat of a zingy green peppercorn, citrus and shallot dressing.

The main course is a Rack of lamb served with a creamy Savoyarde potato, wild mushroom persillade and a rich Bordelaise sauce.

To finish – Warm gingerbread with toffee sauce, poached apricots, and burnt almond cream.

The evening’s entertainment will feature the soulful swing of Martin John and his five-piece band. Hailed as one of the UK’s finest jazz and swing vocalists, Martin brings a fresh take to the Great American Songbook, performing live from 7pm to 10.30pm.

Used as an ingredient, Cygnet 22 Gin – founded by Katherine Jenkins OBE – brings a smooth, distinctive flavour to the starter. Guests will be invited to enjoy a complimentary Cygnet 22 on the rocks, adding a further special touch to the evening.

Quaglino’s welcomes guest chefs to their stage to showcase their craft and celebrate flavours from around the world with exclusive one-night-only menus at London’s go-to late-night venue. With Matt Tebbutt the next guest in the series, it’s set to be another unforgettable evening.
