A ‘Good 4 U’ Kind of Night at Amex Presents BST Hyde Park with Olivia Rodrigo!

What an unforgettable day with Olivia Rodrigo at Amex Presents British Summer Time in Hyde Park! From the moment she stepped on stage, Olivia had us all wrapped around her finger—her vocals were brutal (in the best way), the energy was deja vu-worthy, and the crowd was completely obsessed.

As someone who’s 6 months pregnant, I was a bit nervous about managing the heat and the crowds. But huge love goes out to the security and accessibility services—they were my real-life vampires (minus the biting) in a moment when I really needed support. When I started to feel overwhelmed and hot, they stepped in with so much care and compassion, making sure I was cool, safe, and able to enjoy the show in a seated section. I truly felt like I was in the grudge-free zone!

It was a night of happier tears, pure joy, and singing our hearts out to every word. Olivia, thank you for making myself and my very excited 10 year (honorary) niece feel like the lucky people in the world.

I’ll remember this day forever— Olivia was  just so American, so electric, and just… so Olivia. She even brought out Ed Sheeran as a surprise guest which had the crowd screaming and singing along!

Joining Olivia were some fantastic supporting acts that made the day even better. These included special guests The Last Dinner Party and girl in red and a selection of newly announced stars; Flowerovlove, Between Friends, Caity Baser, Katie Gregson-Macleod, Ruti, Florence Road, Aziya and Déyyes.
